1. “Modernization of the road infrastructure between Dumbrăveni, Gugeşti, Popeşti, Urecheşti, Budesti, Coteşti, Blidari, Bonţeşti, Dălhăuţi, Pharaoanele, Râmniceanca, Beciu, Odobeşti with direct connectivity to the TEN- T”

 

The total value of the project is 108,547,817.35 lei of which:

– RON 107,325,044.75 represents the total eligible value of the project, i.e. 91,226,288.04 lei the eligible non-reimbursable amount from the European Regional Development Fund, 13,952,255.81 lei the eligible non-reimbursable amount from the national budget and 2,146,500.90 lei the amount of eligible co-financing of the Vrancea County Council.

 

The main objective of the project is to increase the accessibility of the town of Odobeşti and the communes Dumbrăveni, Gugeşti, Popeşti, Urecheşti, Coteşti, Cîrligele and Vîrteşcoiu to the TEN-T network – European road E 85 through the rehabilitation and modernization of the county road DJ 205B.

Through the implementation of the project, 29.7 km of the county road DJ 205B will be modernized, 7 bridges will be rehabilitated, which will improve the parameters of the modernized road, as follows:

– will increase the speed of the county road rehabilitated by 62%;

– increase the carrying capacity of the DJ 205B county road to IV traffic class;

– increase the level of road safety, by rebuilding the markings, road signs, by making high-level metallic parapets by performing vertical and horizontal signaling.

 

The expected results are:

 

– Modernization of 29.7 km of the county road DJ 205B

– Set up 60 stations to serve public passenger transport

– Execution of 40,485 square meters of pavements along the entire road in the city

– Execution of 370 m protection gates

– Installation of 347 road signs

– 219 LED indicators – light signaling

– Execution of 88.4 km longitudinal markings

– Setting up 37 light-pedaling passes with photovoltaic panels.

Target group

Direct Beneficiaries – Population of localities with access to DJ 205B (Odobeşti and Dumbrăveni, Gugeşti, Popeşti, Urecheşti, Coteşti, Cîrligele, Vîrteşcoiu), about 38,000 inhabitants.

Indirect beneficiaries – The population of the localities adjacent to the county roads intersecting with the modernized county road DJ 205B, the economic agents from the county road riverside area, the traffic participants.

 

The deadline for the project is 30.06.2023.

 

2. “Modernization of the road road infrastructure between the localities:

Focşani – Goleşti – Vîrteşcoiu – Odobeşti with direct connectivity to the TEN-T network “

The total value of the project is 46,761,868.08 lei of which:

RON 132,116.51 represents the total eligible amount of the project, ie 39,212,299.03 lei the eligible non-reimbursable amount from the European Regional Development Fund, 5.997.175,15 lei the non-reimbursable eligible amount from the national budget and 922.642,33 lei the amount of the eligible co-financing of the Council County Vrancea.

The main objective of the project is to increase the accessibility of the city of Odobeşti and the communes of Goleşti, Coteşti, Cîrligele, Cîmpineanca and Vîrteşcoiu to the TEN-T network – E85 road via the rehabilitation and modernization of the county road DJ 205C.

By implementing the project will be modernized 15 km of the county road DJ 205C, two bridges will be rehabilitated, which will improve the parameters of the modernized road as follows:

– increase the speed of travel on the rehabilitated county road sector by 30%;

– increase the capacity of the county road DJ 205C to IV traffic class;

will increase road safety by installing safety harnesses, realizing field stabilization and making vertical and horizontal signage.

The anticipated results are:

– the modernization of 15 km of the county road DJ 205C

– the development of 13,594 square meters of pavements

– arranging 28 passages of light pedestrians with photovoltaic panels

– installation of 150 road signs

– 45.5 km long longitudinal marking

– the construction of 180 m protection fencing

– making investments for road safety (road markings, signs, terminals and guardrails), including vertical light signaling for pedestrian crossings with photovoltaic power (road signaling package).

Target group

Direct Beneficiaries – Population of localities with access to DJ 205C (Odobeşti and Coteşti, Goleşti, Cîrligele, Cîmpineanca, Vîrteşcoiu), about 30,000 inhabitants.

Indirect beneficiaries – The population of the localities adjacent to the county roads intersecting with the modernized county road DJ 205C, the economic agents from the county road rim, the traffic participants.

The deadline for the project is 01.03.2022.

 

3. Modernization of the road road infrastructure between the localities:

County Limit Buzau – Voetin – Sihlea – Obrejiţa – Timboieşti – Bordeşti with direct connectivity to the TEN-T network “

The total value of the project is 55,991,137.32 lei of which:

-55.170.511,53 lei represents the total eligible value of the project, ie 46.894.934,80 lei the eligible non-reimbursable amount from the European Regional Development Fund, 7.172.166,48 lei the eligible non-reimbursable amount from the national budget and 1.103.410,25 lei the amount of eligible co-financing of the Vrancea County Council.

The main objective of the project is to achieve a fast and safe link to the TEN-T European transport network.

Through the implementation of the project, 22.5 km of the county road DJ 202E will be modernized, two bridges will be modernized, which will improve the parameters of the modernized road, so that the inhabitants of the communes on the route, respectively 12.000 inhabitants, from the TEN-T network.

The anticipated results are:

-Modernization and rehabilitation of 22.5 km of county road DJ 202E

-Modernization of two bridges

-Modernization and realization of 10 km of sidewalks and pedestrian tracks

-Execution of a public transport station and an alveole

-Execution of additional elements for traffic safety (metallic parapets, 22,6 km markings, 40 passages of lights with warning lights, 24 pieces of resonator bands, road signs)

-Determination of 40,144 linear meters of gutters and ditches

-Mounting of beveled curbs for the access of people with disabilities to properties

-Mounting 51 landing nets

– Increase of the load will be ensured by setting up a new road system and the average speed will increase from 30 km / h to 60 km / h, thus ensuring fluidity of traffic.

– Enhanced access to the TEN-T network for direct and indirect beneficiaries.

Target group:

Direct Beneficiaries – Population of villages with access to DJ 202E (Sihlea, Obrejiţa, Timboieşti, Bordeşti) that will benefit from its modernization, 12,000 inhabitants.

Indirect beneficiaries – The population of the South-East Region of Romania and all participants in the TEN-T network traffic.

The deadline for the project is 03.12.2022.

 

4. “Modernization of the road infrastructure between the localities Gologanu – Slobozia Ciorăşti – Coteşti, with direct connectivity to the TEN – T network”

 

Under the project, 17 km of county road will be rehabilitated and modernized, 1,200 meters of sidewalks will be built and bevels will be laid to allow access to properties. It is also planned to upgrade a bridge over the Râmna Creek, 29,000 meters of gullies and ditches, 53 beds and 170 square meters of green spaces. The population that will benefit from the results of this investment is 10,000. The duration of the project is 5 years.

The total value of the project is 26.5 million lei, ie 5.8 million euros, of which the own contribution of the Vrancea County Council is 1.4 million lei, which represents its own contribution of 2% and the equivalent of ineligible expenses.

The overall objective of the project is to achieve a fast and secure link to the TEN-T European transport network. For achieving the goal of sustainable development is the growth conditions of the area by facilitating the mobility of people and goods, improving accessibility through further expansion and modernization of road infrastructure under the TEN-T proximity, creating a multimodal transport system.

The specific objectives of the project are:

1. The works will be 16967 ml. of the modernized county road, which will ensure the access of the inhabitants of the communes on the route, to the traffic on the TEN-T network, respectively 11,449 persons.
2. There will be a 1225 ml pavement (1.50 m wide), beveled beads to allow people with disabilities access to property (20 pedestrian crossings). The bridge over the Râmna brook will be modernized at km 5 + 310, 28,841 m of gullies and ditches will be arranged, 53 outlets will be set up, 170 m of green spaces will be arranged. These elements, along with traffic safety features (20 pedestrian crossings, 568-inch metallic sill, road indicators, resonant tapes, etc.) will increase the traffic safety and the comfort of the population served by the project.
3. High lift is provided by arranging a pavement again which will cater to the demands of traffic expected for 2035, with growth rates of movement of an average speed of 30 km / h at an average speed close to the speed designing 60km / h, thus ensuring fluidity of traffic.

The expected results are:

– Will be 16967 ml. of the modernized county road

– Pavement 1225,00 ml with a width of 1,50 m will be made.

– Beaded beads should be fitted so that people with disabilities can access the property.

– One bridge will be modernized: the bridge over the Râmna brook at km 5 + 310.

– 28,841.00 m of gullies and ditches will be arranged.

– The length of the upgraded county road connected to TEN-T – 16,967 km

– A total of 53 landing nets will be arranged.

– There will be 170,00 m of green spaces.

– Traffic safety features (20 pedestrian crossings, 568-foot metallic ledge, road indicators, resonator tapes, etc.) will increase traffic safety and the convenience of the population served by the project.

 

Target group

Direct beneficiaries – entities that will benefit from the project are both villages and towns that are crossed by the county road route 205R – Gologanu village, Slobozia Ciorăşti Comuna Golesti commune Coteşti and Vrancea County Council.

 

The implementation period of the project: 06.11.2017 – 27.08.2022.
