The message I am sending, as president of Vrancea County Council, is first of all a thank you message addressed to all the people of Vrancea who went to the polls, who understood the importance of the vote and invested us with their trust, to represent them in this governing body of the county.
The time for big words is over. The time for achievements visible only on paper is gone. I want to have a mandate at the end of which the citizens of Vrancea will feel that their lives have improved, that they have access to all the facilities that the citizens of the European Union enjoy, that our county can be compared to those in the western part of the country. I will do everything in my power to succeed in a constructive political dialogue in the next four years, to continue the projects that have been started and to support new projects of interest to the people of Vrancea and for the development of Vrancea County.
We must lay the foundations of a modern and efficient public administration, transparent and citizen-oriented.
In order to achieve these objectives, it is necessary to unite the efforts of all the people of Vrancea, either they are simple citizens or local elected officials, in order to build a common future, by ourselves.
