As the person concerned, in accordance with the provisions of EU Regulation no. 2016/79 / 27.04.2016 you have the following rights you can exercise freely:

The right of access to your personal data, namely information on the categories of processed personal data, the purpose of the processing, the recipient of the processed personal data, the duration of the storage;

The right to request data rectification if you believe that the data we collect is incorrect, incomplete or inaccurate;

*The right to portability of the data processed by us to a recipient indicated by you;

The right to address to the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing and the courts on how your personal data has been processed.

You can also complete a Rights Exercise Form at the Customer Relations Office at VRANCEA COUNTY COUNCIL.

Retaining and deleting data

In the absence of a request from you for the deletion of personal data processed by us, they will be stored for the period of time required to accomplish the purpose for which they were collected, as follows:

For the purpose of improving site functionality and responding to requests submitted through the contact form, the data will be stored for a period of 1 year after your last interaction with us;

– If you understand to delete your site user account, your data provided at the time of registration will be deleted within 30 days;

Transfer of personal data

– we perform impact assessments on privacy in accordance with GDPR;

– we perform audits and implement data security measures;

– we train employees on the protection of personal data;

– all our employees and collaborators have signed new confidentiality contracts.
